Runner’s World: The Big One

Two days before the London Marathon I caught up with Deputy Editor of Runner’s World Matt Gilbert to find out how I should be prepping – obviously sitting and watching the marathon on the TV takes a lot less prep work than actually running it but nevertheless Matt’s pearls of wisdom were invaluable.
